If answers in FAQ do not help, please do the following:
- Please check the download page to
ensure that you have the latest version of the software installed.
Look at the Version number (like 9.0.0).
- Open menu Help > About in main window to see the release
version you have installed. Compare this to step 1.
- If you do not have the latest version, please download and install
it. Then try to reproduce the problem.
- If the problem still persist, please contact us by filling in
