3D-FTP 7.0 Upgrading

In short, you are entitled to FREE upgrade to 3D-FTP 7.0 if you have purchased your license for 3D-FTP 6.0 or later. If you have purchased license to any earlier version, you are entitled to special upgrade pricing (please read more about ordering and prices here). In detail, cases are:

CASE 1

If you purchased your license for 3D-FTP 6.0 or later and have registered version installed, do as follows:

			Download and install the latest evaluation version from here
			Run it and you are done. Upgrade is FREE and automatic.

CASE 2

If you purchased your license for 3D-FTP 5.0 or earlier and currently have registered copy of 3D-FTP installed, please do as follows:

			Purchase the upgrade for special price at our online store
			Install the latest evaluation version from here
			In welcome screen, click Register-button > Upgrade screen is displayed
			Your old serial key is already entered. Enter new upgrade key to field on the screen and click Unlock-button
			You are done. Restart 3D-FTP and enjoy.

CASE 3

If you purchased your license for 3D-FTP 5.0 or earlier and currently do NOT have registered copy of 3D-FTP installed, please do as follows:

			Find your old serial key. You need it to upgrade.
			Purchase the upgrade for special price at our web store
			Install the latest evaluation version from here
			In welcome screen, click Register-button > Register screen is displayed
			Click Upgrade link in the lower right hand corner > Upgrade screen is displayed
			Enter your old serial key and new upgrade key to fields on the screen and click Unlock-button
			You are done. Thank you for your support.

CASE 4

If you have installed the latest version and want to revert back to older version, please do as follows:

			Uninstall the latest version from your system
			Manually delete c:\windows\system32\3dftp.dll file
			Email us at support@sitedesigner.com and make sure to include your order number or serial key. And we will send you the download link to older version of 3D-FTP 4.0, 5.0 or 6.0.

What version did I register for?

If your serial key looks like 3D-ABCDEF-ABCDEF its for 3D-FTP v4.0 or older. You made your purchase year 1999-2001.
If your serial key looks like 3DFTP50-BBCDEF-ABCDEF its for 3D-FTP v5.0. You made your purchase 3/2001-9/2002.
If your serial key looks like 3DFTP-CBCDEF-ABCDEF its for 3D-FTP v6.0 or newer. You made your purchase 9/2002 or later.
